Your Candidate Journey
Consultation, Matching and Application
We have an initial conversation by email, phone or text to find out how we can help. We then invite you to a more thorough consultation, usually by video call, to discuss your requirements and match you to suitable roles. We also help with CV formatting and proofreading and produce a detailed candidate profile and covering letter to help you secure an interview.
If your application is successful, we'll call you to arrange a convenient interview time and schedule a preparation video call with one of our consultants. That will include a background on the company and interviewer as well as some practice questions that you're likely to be asked during the interview.
Interviews can be conducted via video call, telephone or face-to-face, depending on our client’s requirements. If the employer requests a face-to-face interview that you have to travel for, we help you arrange accommodation and transportation, including flights, if required.
We send you reminder texts and emails to make sure you get there on time. You’ll also receive prompt interview feedback so you know exactly where you stand.
Offer, Negotiation and Acceptance
We will inform you immediately if you are successful and negotiate a salary package on your behalf based on our unique market insights, salary benchmarking and the conversations we have had. By negotiating for you, we can secure the best possible package without you jeopardising your relationship with the company. Once the offer is accepted, we will handle the contracts and pre-start documentation.
We'll be in regular contact before your start date and will stay in touch during the first few months of your new role. We can liaise with your new employer on your behalf and provide additional support if it's required.
