JOB SUMMARY

The company seeks a Process Integration Engineer to join their product development team. The successful candidate will work closely with a tightly-knit team of electrical engineers and physicists to develop novel RF (Radio Frequency) filter technology for high-volume production. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key contributor/leader to the company’s dynamic organization and leverage your experience to solve high-value problems for mobile devices.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE
  • Designing and developing processes for minimizing thin-film stress and strain in acoustic filters
  • Analyze and engineer acoustic filter’s mechanical structure
  • Designing experiments to validate long-term reliability and low defect rate of filters
  • Create DFM requirements for thermo-mechanical performance and reliability
  • Regularly communicate progress and status on activities
  • Working with partners and suppliers to realize cost-effective processing methods
  • Prepare and communicate technical materials to internal cross-functional teams and key customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • MS or PhPh.D.egree in Physics, Material Science, ME, EE, or relevant physical science
  • Proven track record of developing new products and technologies through innovative process development
  • Experience in MEMS or CMOS development or manufacturing
  • Background in material properties and stress analysis
  • Strong analysis, design, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with acoustic filter or other MEMS devices
  • Familiarity with RF Front end products and concepts
  • Experience with failure analysis techniques
  • Proficient with Matlab, ANSYS ICEPAK, and Mechanical, or equivalent FEM modeling program
