Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Applications Engineer to be part of a leading innovator creating the industry’s first 5G Base-Station-on-a-Chip in Santa Clara, US
As an Applications Engineer, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.
Key Responsibilities And Activities Include
- Responsible in supporting the sales team including on site visits
- Responsible for most inbound calls into the company
- Debugging of both hardware and software
- Work closely with customers, product designers, sales, and our field applications team
- Provide technical support to key customers and field engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar position and industry
- Background in: SoC, RF, CPU/Server side
- Experience working with systems/OEM companies
- Knowledge in mobile communications (3G/4G), Wi-Fi
- Familiar with helping a customer implement with the OSI Framework (L1-L3)
