Our client wanted a highly experienced
field applications engineer for power supplies to be based in Southern Germany.
It was important that the candidate had knowledge of specific products inside
the industry.


Based on the kick-off call with our
client, we performed a very precise search within our database which matched
their specific requirements. By analysing our database, we were able to
identify which of those the candidates who were currently open for
opportunities, actively looking, and unemployed. We screened various candidates
and, in the process, found one very strong candidate.


Our client liked this candidate so much
that they said they didn’t want to see anyone else. After 2 interviews, the
candidate was then hired. After the first interview, our client said ‘[they’d]
never had as good an interview’. When we spoke again he started at the 1-month
and 3-month points, the feedback was still as positive which was great to hear!
